Hello! My name is Todd Anderson. I am not an expert in diet and nutrition, but the proof is in the pictures. I've struggled with my weight all my life. In my early 20's, I tried real hard to lose weight. I didn't know how to do it and I almost went insane. I starved myself so much and worked out so hard, my body began eating my brain for protein. I literally had a nervous break down. It took 5 years to recover. I gave up trying to lose weight. Then when I was 48 years old I was so fat that I was exhausted all the time. I knew I had to do something. When I decided to make changes to my diet and exercise, I was only trying to gain more energy. The result was a loss of 60 lbs over a 6 month period. Imagine how hard it would be to carry around a 60 lbs bag of cement all the time.

Additionally, I DO NOT like calling this a diet. It's really a Lifestyle Change Program. Diets suggest that you're going to be hungry. I am NEVER hungry. Once you start feeling the benefits of eating well, you'll start looking at the pizza in a whole new way. I used to think to myself that I'd rather be a little bit fat and have the pizza but now the pizza just doesn't look good to me. Everybody knows somebody that can eat whatever they want and they never gain a pound. Well, I'm not one of those people. I've accepted that and I just don't eat that stuff anymore and I' much happier because of it.
Also, when you read through the information, if you're like me you're going to be skeptical. But, it won't work unless you try it. Start slow and maybe just start with my Protein drink. You will lose weight and feel better just by doing this. Once you start seeing changes, you will naturally want to add the diet and exercise changes.
